Growth Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end growth strategy for a product
• Execute campaigns, optimize performance, and run experiments across marketing channels
• Develop email marketing and lifecycle campaigns with segmentation, automation, and A/B testing
• Drive CRO across landing pages, pricing pages, sign-up flows, and checkout
• Create publish high-quality marketing content across channels using AI-assisted workflows
• Build marketing automation systems with tools like n8n, Make, Zapier

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth marketing, ideally in a small, execution-focused team
• Experience designing AI-powered marketing workflows
• Strong email marketing and lifecycle management expertise
• Proven CRO experience and data-driven decision making
• Ability to execute marketing initiatives end-to-end
• Experience creating content across digital channels and strong analytics skills
