📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end growth strategy for a product, executing campaigns and optimizing performance.
• Lead growth initiatives across multiple marketing channels with ongoing experimentation.
• Develop and manage email marketing and lifecycle campaigns with segmentation, automation, and
• Drive conversion rate optimization on landing pages, pricing pages, sign-up flows, and checkout
• Create content across marketing channels (landing pages, blogs, emails, lead magnets, social) using
• Build and maintain marketing automation systems with tools like n8n, Make, Zapier.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth marketing, ideally in a founding/sole marketing or small team role.
• Experience designing AI-powered marketing workflows to boost productivity and delivery.
• Strong expertise in email marketing and lifecycle management with a focus on engagement, retention
• Proven CRO experience with data-driven decisions from experiments.
• Ability to independently execute campaigns from copywriting to launch and analysis.
• Experience creating content for email, websites, blogs, and social media; strong analytics skills.
