Growth Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end growth strategy for a product and drive multi-channel campaigns.
• Lead optimization through structured experimentation across landing pages, pricing, sign-ups, and
• Create and publish marketing content (landing pages, blog, emails, lead magnets, social media).
• Build and maintain marketing automation with n8n, Make, Zapier or similar tools.
• Monitor performance with analytics and present data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with product, support, SEO, and leadership to align growth with business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth marketing, ideally as founding/sole marketer or core contributor in a small team.
• Proven experience designing AI-powered marketing workflows that boost productivity and delivery.
• Strong email marketing and lifecycle management expertise.
• Experience running CRO experiments and making data-driven decisions.
• Ability to independently execute marketing initiatives from copy to landing page to analysis.
• Experience creating content across email, websites, blogs, and social media.
