📋 Description

• Own end-to-end growth strategy for a product
• Execute campaigns, optimize performance, and run experimentation
• Develop email marketing and lifecycle campaigns
• Drive CRO across landing pages, pricing, sign-up flows, checkout
• Create/publish marketing content using AI-assisted workflows
• Build marketing automation with n8n, Make, Zapier

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth marketing, founder/sole marketer or key contributor in small team
• Experience designing AI-powered marketing workflows
• Strong email marketing and lifecycle management
• Experience running CRO experiments with data-driven decisions
• Ability to execute complete marketing initiatives end-to-end
• Content creation across email, websites, blogs, social media
