Growth Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end growth strategy for a product
• Execute campaigns and optimize performance across marketing channels
• Develop and manage email marketing and lifecycle campaigns
• Drive CRO across landing pages, pricing pages, sign-up flows, checkout
• Create/publish marketing content using AI-assisted workflows
• Build/maintain marketing automation systems (n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth marketing, founder/sole marketer in small team
• Experience designing AI-powered marketing workflows
• Strong email marketing and lifecycle management skills
• Experience running CRO experiments with data-driven decisions
• Ability to execute complete marketing initiatives independently
• Experience creating content across email, websites, blogs, social
