• Own end-to-end growth strategy for a product.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth marketing, solo/founder or key contributor in small teams.
• Experience designing AI-powered marketing workflows.
• Strong email marketing and lifecycle management skills.
• Proven CRO experience with data-driven decisions.
• Ability to execute complete marketing initiatives end-to-end.
• Experience creating content across email, websites, blogs, social.
