• Experience in growth marketing, product growth, or related roles.
• Proven track record in driving growth, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with Clevertap, Moengage, Google Analytics, SQL.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Prior experience in user acquisition, engagement, and retention for insurance/financial services.
• Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and a data-driven approach.
