• Own lead gen strategy across web, email, paid social, and Google Ads
• Co-build in-product lead gen with Product Marketer
• Manage Marketing tech stack: blog platform, Webflow
• Collaborate on blog/newsletter lead gen with Growth/Retention/Engagement
• Lead regional, AEO/SEO, and competitor strategies
• Report on channel performance and lead progression

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4-7 years in growth/demand/performance marketing
• Hands-on with HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit
• Experience with Webflow, PostHog, Looker; strong SEO basics
• Data-driven, cross-functional collaborator; strong communication
• Ability to build and interpret reports; fast-paced environment
