📋 Description

• Own organic and paid acquisition strategy across all channels, incl. agency oversight
• Drive developer community acquisition via Reddit, Hacker News, DevRel, GitHub, and dev content programs
• Own PLG motion: product qualification logic, activation funnel, self-serve to sales handoffs
• Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize self-serve improvements and advocate PLG in planning

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building growth motions in developer-centric infra
• PLG ownership: product qualification, activation funnels, self-serve handoffs
• Acquisition instinct: diagnose traffic problems before campaigns
• Data fluency: present signups, activations, conversions
• Influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Product sense: push back on deprioritized engineering tickets
