📋 Description

• Own self-serve revenue engine end-to-end.
• Lead top-of-funnel and activation for PLG growth.
• Cross-functional leadership with Product, Eng, Ops, and agencies.
• Drive paid and organic acquisition across channels.
• Own PLG motions: activation funnels and handoffs.
• Build GTM programs for strategic ICPs (dev tools, content).

🎯 Requirements

• Led growth at a developer-focused infrastructure company.
• Experience building a PLG motion.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Eng, and Ops.
• Data fluency with dashboards and north-star KPIs.
• Experience with developer channels: Reddit, Hacker News, GitHub.
• Experience directing paid acquisition agency.
