  • Deep expertise in lifecycle marketing, journey design, segmentation.
  • Strong prioritization and project management skills.
  • Data-driven with experimentation and measurement.
  • Able to influence cross-functional roadmaps and present to leadership.
  • Familiar with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and AI-enabled personalization.
