• Role: Ads Manager / Growth Marketing Manager focused on paid media campaigns across Meta and Google.
• Location: Remote | Time Zone: US Time Zones (EST–PST).
• Plan, build, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Continuously monitor, test, and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROAS.
• Develop and execute A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (non-negotiable).
• Working experience with Google Ads campaign management.
• Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into optimization strategies.
• Strong written and spoken English with a clear, professional communication style.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have prior remote work experience with remote collaboration tools; ideally US/UK-based
