📋 Description

• Design, build, and run growth strategies across the full user lifecycle.
• Own content planning for prediction markets: topic selection, market analysis, trends.
• Create content and campaigns to drive participation, trading activity, and community.
• Collaborate with product to deliver data-informed growth features (loops, incentives, referrals).
• Operational optimization: monitor metrics and propose optimization initiatives.
• Run A/B tests and experiments; iterate to scale growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in operations, growth, or product ops with prediction market experience.
• Strong knowledge of prediction markets, crypto, and derivatives.
• Experience with Polymarket, Kalshi, or Augur preferred.
