📋 Description

• Own full user lifecycle: acquisition, activation, retention, re-engagement.
• Own content planning for prediction markets: topics, market analysis, trends.
• Design engaging content and campaigns driving participation, trading.
• Collaborate with product to drive data-informed growth features, referrals.
• Monitor user behavior, retention, conversion, trading volume, activity metrics.
• Run A/B tests and operational experiments to validate growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in operations, growth, or product operations with prediction products.
• Solid understanding of prediction markets, financial markets, crypto/derivatives.
• Prior experience with or exposure to Polymarket, Kalshi, or Augur preferred.
