Growth Operations Team Sr. Manager - Remote

📋 Description

• Take the reins of a program and drive it from pilot to market.
• Operationalize testing into a repeatable program with documented processes.
• Act as the connective tissue between partners, internal stakeholders, and customers.
• Formalize initiatives into commercially viable products for new/existing customers.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to define value, pricing, and go-to-market.
• Create reporting infrastructure, goal-tracking frameworks, and dashboards to show ROI.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of program, implementations, or operations management experience.
• A track record of taking something from idea to MVP to scalable service.
• Comfort operating as a solo builder with the ability to hire and lead a team.
• Can-do attitude to scale the program and support leadership.
• Working knowledge of SQL and low-code platforms (Retool, Airtable).
• Fluency with AI tools and AI-enabled workflows.
