Growth / Performance Marketer

📋 Description

• Own paid acquisition and funnel performance.
• Design and run structured A/B and multivariate tests across creatives and funnels.
• Build a testing roadmap prioritized by CAC and conversion rate.
• Own Meta and Google campaigns—audience strategy, bidding, budget allocation.
• Partner with engineering on landing pages and funnel experiments.
• Manage creative testing; brief UGC and ad hooks; maintain pixel integrity and weekly CAC/ROAS.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years in growth or performance marketing for a DTC health, wellness or telehealth brand
• Formal A/B testing experience — you've designed, run, and documented experiments at scale
• Fluent in test design: sample sizing, significance, holdout groups, avoiding false positives
• Deep Meta expertise — creative testing, audience strategy, funnel optimization; Google
• Experience navigating health advertising compliance on Meta and Google
• Direct response mindset — focus CAC and payback period
