🎯 Requirements

3-5 years in a business analytics or strategy role.
Strong English; Spanish a plus.
Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or analytics at top tech firms is a plus.
Data-driven with ability to translate numbers into decisions.
Proactive problem-solver; excellent stakeholder management.
