📋 Description

• Lead and develop HVAC and Building Utilities projects within AFRY's HVAC & Building Utilities
• Oversee professional development, quality and delivery of team workstreams.
• Coordinate across disciplines and contribute to sales, proposals and client dialogues.
• Lead daily, including salary discussions and recruitment; participate in cross-border knowledge
• Handle complex projects with high technical insight and opportunities for growth in leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Solid technical knowledge in HVAC and Building Utilities.
• Relevant degree (e.g., engineer with HVAC/building specialization).
• 5-10 years of relevant experience; consultancy background preferred.
• Commercial mindset with understanding of sales and client relations.
• Experience in leadership, either as project lead or with people management.
