📋 Description

• Design and deploy AI-powered outbound systems automating sourcing, discovery, research
• Build scalable GTM automation integrating CRM, marketing automation, enrichment tools, sequencing
• Develop repeatable AI-driven workflows delivering measurable outbound efficiency and pipeline
• Optimize targeting via AI-assisted segmentation, signal prioritization, enrichment, and intelligent
• Prototype, launch, measure, and improve GTM systems; identify opportunities to boost productivity
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Data teams to address business challenges with

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with modern GTM systems including Salesforce, Marketo, outbound platforms, enrichment
• Hands-on experience building workflows/automation with Clay, Openprise, Zapier, Replit, or similar.
• Strong understanding of outbound operations, account/lead flows, segmentation, and GTM data
• Practical AI/automation experience applying to business workflows beyond experimentation.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt workflows, structured outputs, and AI integration into ops systems.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, automation logic, and lightweight scripting for system connections.
