GTM Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build foundational GTM data infrastructure in BigQuery
• Ingest, organize, and model data from Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and others
• Transform raw CRM and GTM data into clean, trusted tables
• Build data pipelines to keep GTM data fresh and accurate
• Own data quality end-to-end with testing and monitoring
• Set technical standards for GTM data modeling

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in data/analytics engineering
• Strong SQL; experience with data warehouses in BigQuery
• GTM data experience; Salesforce is a must; Gong/Outreach a plus
• Understanding of SaaS and GTM metrics and how to derive them
• Ability to turn messy data into clean, documented tables
• Experience creating dashboards and self-serve analytics (Hex preferred)
