GTM Chief of Staff

📋 Description

• Partner with the GM on strategy, revenue ops, and regional planning
• Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and APAC capacity planning
• Support and coordinate complex deal execution
• Sit in AE interviews and customer meetings for the GM when needed
• Manage calendars, cross-timezone coordination, and projects
• Keep the team aligned on processes and commitments

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Singapore with the same timezone as the team
• Low ego, high ownership; no task beneath you
• Smart, structured, and practical with commercial instincts
• Comfortable with customers and Salesforce dashboards
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin preferred
• Prior experience in consulting, investment/private banking, RevOps or high-growth GTM
