GTM Chief of Staff - Middle East

📋 Description

• Partner directly with the GM on strategy, revenue ops, and regional planning
• Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and capacity planning across the Middle East
• Support and coordinate on complex deal execution
• Sit in on AE interviews and customer meetings, representing the GM when needed
• Manage calendars, cross-timezone coordination and projects
• Keep the team aligned on processes and commitments

🎯 Requirements

• High ownership mindset; no task is beneath you
• Smart, structured, practical with commercial instincts
• Comfortable with customers and data dashboards (Salesforce)
• Passionate about AI and scaling a GTM organization
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred
• Experience in consulting, RevOps or high-growth GTM
