GTM Coach - (Director/VP+)

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality one-to-one coaching to members through virtual sessions using coaching
• Help members identify goals, define steps, track progress, and maintain accountability.
• Support professionals in leadership, communication, problem-solving, and career decisions.
• Help members build confidence, engagement, and effectiveness in their careers.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for open discussion and risk-taking.
• Communicate with members between sessions via email/in-app messaging to sustain momentum.

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years in sales/go-to-market or related leadership, with strong sales team experience.
• Current or prior experience at Director/VP level or equivalent.
• Proven coaching, mentoring, and leadership of sales professionals/teams.
• ICF certification is a plus but not required; training provided.
• Interest in transforming senior leadership into structured coaching practice.
• Strong emotional intelligence, communication, and listening skills.
