📋 Description

• Own expansion enablement foundation; define Expansion Ready and Retention Ready; build playbooks and content.
• Drive revenue and expansion excellence; cross-sell/upsell playbooks; identify expansion signals.
• Build the full expansion program; onboarding journeys; health scoring; renewal execution.
• Build and maintain enablement content; playbooks, decks, videos, LMS content.
• Operate AI-natively; use ElevenLabs tech to create AI-enabled training environments.
• Deliver and scale training; live workshops and async paths across regions; define and track enablement KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7+ years in account mgmt, CS, sales enablement, or GTM at SaaS.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role with quota attainment.
• Technical fluency: API docs, integrations; AI-enabled workflows.
• Built enablement programs from scratch: live facilitation, content.
• Strong stakeholder mgmt across CX, Sales, Product, Marketing.
• Analytical; Salesforce, Sigma, Gong; nice-to-have AI/ML exp.
