GTM Enablement Lead

📋 Description

• Own Sales Enablement end to end across new business, upsell, and channel partner teams.
• Build onboarding that shortens ramp for sales hires.
• Run continuous training on product, sales methodology, tools, and competitive intel.
• Commercialize new products and features with GTM plans from launch to adoption.
• Instrument what’s working using enablement tooling and data to drive leadership actions.
• Manage the enablement tech stack, including AI-driven platforms for training.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or a GTM Strategy role.
• Ownership of an enablement platform (LMS) from scratch, with certification paths and ramp tracking.
• AI-native program delivery for role plays, call scorecards, and scalable coaching.
• Conversation intelligence fluency with call recording platforms (e.g., Gong).
• Analytics and reporting in Salesforce/spreadsheets linking enablement to outcomes.
• Proven ability to enable high-performing sales teams; targets experience is a plus.
