🎯 Requirements

6–8 years in enablement, L&D, program management, or related GTM role
Proven track record building programs for frontline managers
Familiar with structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message)
Strong governance, measurement, and stakeholder management
Ability to influence across functions without authority
Clear communicator; can drive ambiguity into structure
