Build repeatable systems for leader development and onboarding.
Reinforce sales methodology and ensure field adoption in GTM.
Partner with RevOps to align coaching and training with GTM processes.
Define success metrics and monitor behavioral change and outcomes.
Own onboarding content with the GTM Onboarding PM for new managers.

🎯 Requirements

6–8 years in enablement, learning & development, or related GTM role
Track record building programs for frontline managers
Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar
Strong program management: governance, rhythms, measurement
Ability to influence leaders across functions; clear communicator
