📋 Description

  • Build partner enablement foundation from scratch (onboarding, certification tracks, Partner Academy).
  • Design labs, sandboxes, and certification exercises for partner SEs.
  • Develop partner-facing assets (playbooks, guides, scripts, blueprints).
  • Align enablement with pipeline and activation metrics; track time-to-first-deal.
  • Leverage ElevenLabs voice/agent tech to build AI-native training content.
  • Flex across AE, SDR, CSM in a lean, full-stack team.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–7+ years in partner enablement or GTM at SaaS; 2+ years enabling external partners.
  • Proven 0→1 builder: created a partner enablement program.
  • Hands-on API/webhook comfort; read docs, run Postman, lead workshops.
  • Experience building labs, sandboxes, or exercises for partner SEs.
  • Owned or built LMS/PRM infrastructure; know what to build vs buy.
  • Strong commercial instinct; measure enablement by activation and pipeline.
