GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain AI-powered pipeline generation infrastructure
• Develop and operate AI agents and prompt templates
• Design internal tools for Sales self-serve intelligence
• Analyze Salesforce data to identify automation priorities
• Own rep-facing intelligence layer and Gong signal extraction
• Govern GTM data integrity across the Sales stack

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building AI agents with Claude/Codex/n8n/ Zapier/ Replit/Lovable
• LLM orchestration and prompt engineering for GTM workflows
• API/integration experience across core GTM platforms
• Ability to build and debug GTM automations with AI tools
• Strong fluency in GTM/sales processes and bottleneck identification
• Background in GTM engineering or revenue operations at a B2B SaaS
