GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and extend internal web app features using Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and Vercel
• Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations between Salesforce and Gong
• Collaborate with CGS stakeholders to translate pain points into an engineering roadmap
• Evaluate/operationalize prompts and AI tools to improve data quality and output usefulness
• Document architecture decisions and write operational playbooks
• Coordinate with data engineering, security, and Enterprise Apps teams for seamless tooling

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building and shipping production software on a modern stack (Python, Node.js, TypeScript
• Experience integrating with a CRM as a system of record (Salesforce strongly preferred)
• Owned a production data pipeline end to end with monitoring and recovery
• Experience with lean BaaS/hosting platforms (Supabase, Firebase, Vercel, Railway, Render); Supabase
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT)
• Strong communication skills; able to translate requests into technical scope and present solutions
