GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• Hands-on builder role supporting GTM teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support
• Develop and deploy AI-powered workflows and integrations for Salesforce, Agentforce, Workato, and
• Partner with GTM teams to translate processes into scalable technical solutions and improve
• Work with Salesforce foundations (Flow, Apex, APIs, data modeling) and low-code/AI tools like
• Design and manage signal-based analytics, scoring models, and routing to support prospecting
• Troubleshoot issues across Salesforce, integrations, and data; document builds for maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

• Three+ years in GTM Engineering, Salesforce, or related technical role.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience, including Flow, data modeling, permissions, APIs
• Proficient in object-oriented programming; experience with Apex, Python, JavaScript or similar.
• Experience with Agentforce, Workato, and Zapier automations and integrations.
• Knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, authentication, data mapping, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of how Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams operate; excellent communication
