GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and improve AI-powered workflows and agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Flow, Apex, custom objects, permissions, APIs, and other
• Design and implement scalable solutions using object-oriented programming principles.
• Build integrations and automations across Salesforce and the GTM stack using Workato and Zapier.
• Use Claude Code and other AI development tools to prototype, build, test, and troubleshoot
• Connect systems and data through APIs, webhooks, middleware, and native integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Salesforce, Business Systems, Revenue Operations
• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience, including Flow, data modeling, permissions, APIs
• Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts such as classes, inheritance, and modular
• Experience building or configuring solutions with Salesforce Agentforce
• Hands-on experience building automations and integrations in Workato and Zapier
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other business systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware
