📋 Description

• Architect Customer Agents: design and deploy production-grade agents for support.
• Drive Case Deflection: build self-service AI to reduce support volume.
• Own the Domain: own lifecycle, propose architectures, drive improvements.
• Dogfood the Stack: feed back to LangChain and LangGraph OSS.
• Build Onboarding Workflows: automate onboarding docs and code generation.

🎯 Requirements

• AI-Native Developer: deep LLM stack knowledge incl prompting, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph.
• 3+ years software engineering with 1+ year shipping LLM in production.
• Self-directed with autonomy; can navigate ambiguity and drive results.
• Strong Python or TypeScript skills to build end-to-end apps.
• Customer-Centric: translate customer pain points into scalable systems.
• Nice to have: LangSmith experience; OSS projects; consulting or GTM background.
