Build and maintain automated ABM workflows across Clay, HubSpot, and data sources.
Design signal-based account prioritization with Marketing and RevOps.
Develop data pipelines between Clay, HubSpot, enrichment providers, and internal systems.
Analyze data to improve signal quality and pipeline impact.
Lead tech build-out of net-new ABM campaigns before launch.
Audit data quality and enrichment across tools to maintain trusted data.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing/IS/CS or related field; equivalent experience.
3+ years in GTM Engineering, Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, or Sales Ops.
Hands-on HubSpot admin experience (workflows, lists, scoring, reporting).
Direct experience building enrichment/signal workflows in Clay.
Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, no-code/low-code tools (Zapier/Make).
Familiarity with ABM, intent data, and enterprise buying.
