GTM Engineer, Revenue Operations

📋 Description

• Build AI-powered GTM workflows across lead management, routing, scoring, prioritization
• Connect signals from Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, product usage data, intent platforms, and more
• Design and deploy agents, automations, and intelligence systems for frontline revenue teams
• Create integrations and tooling using APIs, webhooks, and scripting to accelerate revenue ops
• Partner with Sales, SDR/BDR, Marketing Ops, and RevOps to translate business needs into working
• Prototype quickly, measure impact, and iterate based on real-world feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or similar GTM function
• Hands-on builder who creates automations, integrations, or data workflows
• Experience with GTM platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, Clay, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot or
• Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered workflows or agents using OpenAI, Claude, or similar
• Comfort with APIs, webhooks, data integrations, automation platforms, or scripting
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, SDR/BDR, and RevOps to solve business problems
