GTM Onboarding & Enablement Lead

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end onboarding and ramp across Sales, SDR, DE, and CE.
• Build, manage, and run in-person and virtual GTM bootcamps.
• Redesign onboarding into hands-on, role-based programs with certs.
• Develop scalable onboarding frameworks for global GTM growth.
• Partner with Sales, Product, PMM, DE, CE to ensure fast ramp.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, GTM Onboarding, Learning & Development, or related GTM program roles
• Experience building and scaling onboarding in high-growth SaaS/tech
• Strong LMS experience, preferably WorkRamp
• Experience designing structured onboarding paths, certifications, and learning programs
• Strong facilitation and program management skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, PMM, CE
