Build and own systems powering opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and renewal
Own sales compensation modeling, quota/attainment tracking, and performance reporting
Design automations to surface next-best actions, improve follow-up, and drive deal velocity
Partner with GTM and Finance on revenue planning and forecasting
Manage GTM tool integrations and evolve the stack as we scale
Ensure data quality across CRM and GTM systems, including reporting and dashboards

🎯 Requirements

Experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems at a high-growth company
Hands-on ownership of sales pipeline systems, comp plans, forecasting, and post-sale processes
Strong technical fluency with CRM/GTM tooling and solid SQL skills
You thrive in high-intensity, high-autonomy environments
Comfortable with SQL
