Track recruiting metrics and report progress to executives.
Propose and implement scalable changes to recruiting strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments (in-house).
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence decisions.
Proficiency with ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
Experience with sourcing/CRM tools like Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong knowledge of recruiting analytics and reporting.
