🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments (in-house).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence decisions.
  • Proficiency with ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
  • Experience with sourcing/CRM tools like Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting analytics and reporting.
