Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM teams in APAC
Partner with senior leaders to align hiring objectives with headcount goals
Develop scalable recruiting strategies and strategic sourcing plans
Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership
Collaborate with Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to ensure a high-quality

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced environments (in-house preferred)
Excellent English communication; strong relationships with senior leaders
Data-driven, able to use insights to refine processes
Flexible and able to shift priorities as needed
Proficiency with ATS and sourcing/CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter)
Strong ability to build talent pipelines and stay informed on APAC talent trends
