• Own full-cycle GTM recruiting across EMEA.

• Drive outbound sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals.
• Partner with managers to define hiring strategies and profiles.

• Collaborate with People Operations to support international hiring.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years full-cycle recruiting, GTM focus.
• Experience recruiting across EMEA markets.
• Ability to source and close passive candidates.
• Strong partnership and stakeholder management.
• Independent, fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• Familiar with ATS and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
