GTM Strategy & Operations Lead, Reseller Programs (EMEA)

📋 Description

• Role to design and build OpenAI ChatGPT Ads reseller programs
• Define reseller roles, motions, enablement, and incentives
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Ops
• Develop ecosystem acceleration programs for advertiser growth
• Create playbooks, scorecards, and governance mechanisms
• Monitor performance and decide on scaling or sunsetting motions

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in partner strategy, channel, or GTM programs
• Experience in digital advertising, adtech, or marketplace businesses
• Built or scaled reseller/partner programs from design to execution
• Strong in program design, governance, and ROI analysis
• Able to work across multiple teams to execute complex programs
• Analytically rigorous with operational health focus
