GTM Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Scale GTM systems across funnel from top-of-funnel to CS platforms
• Build AI-first workflows to automate admin tasks without engineering support
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success
• Maintain data quality, governance, and end-to-end data flows
• Integrate GTM and CS tools to unify customer view and reporting
• Design pipelines and dashboards to monitor pipeline, support, and health

🎯 Requirements

• 4-8+ years in GTM Systems, RevOps, Growth Ops, or similar roles
• Strong Salesforce proficiency plus Zendesk administration or equivalent
• Experience with Clay and major enrichment/data providers (ZoomInfo, Cognism, Apollo, Clearbit)
• Demonstrated AI fluency; experience shipping AI-enabled workflows
• Systems thinking; end-to-end data flows across multiple tools
• Collaborative, documentation-oriented, scalable systems mindset
