Administer and maintain core GTM systems (CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement tools)
Configure, troubleshoot, and improve GTM platforms to meet evolving business needs
Maintain data integrity and governance across GTM platforms
Develop and refine reports, dashboards, and data exports for decision-making
Collaborate with RevOps and analytics to surface actionable insights
Provide user support and create onboarding materials for GTM systems

Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis tools, and reporting software
Strong analytical skills to turn data into insights
