📋 Description

• Run regional revenue stack: HubSpot, Clay, Gong, enrichment, CPQ/CLM.
• Configure pipelines, lifecycle stages, routing, and workflows within guardrails.
• Be the in-time-zone contact for Sales, CS, Marketing and Finance on system issues.
• Back up field marketing automation and data handoffs.
• Automate recurring manual work with AI-assisted workflows.
• Keep CRM data clean and forecast data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong CRM operator with pipelines, lifecycle, routing, workflows, permissions, reporting.
• AI-native by default; use Claude daily.
• Tool-fluent across GTM stack: Clay, Gong, outbound tools, enrichment.
• Systems thinker; HubSpot changes impact forecasting and reps.
• Owns the outcome; cares region-wide impact.
• Clear communicator; documents decisions; liaises with AEs/RevOps leaders.
