  • Own day-to-day GTM systems ops across Salesforce, marketing automation, routing.
  • Triage GTM requests and determine fixes, gaps, or automation.

  • Document recurring workflows, ownership, escalation, and failure modes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or related role.
  • Hands-on Salesforce and GTM tools like Marketo, Salesloft/Outreach, enrichment.
  • Experience debugging integrations, field syncs, routing issues, and handoffs.
  • Comfort with APIs, webhooks, automation tools, data flows, and docs.
  • Familiar with Python, SQL, or lightweight scripting for automation.
  • Experience replacing brittle vendor glue with durable automation.
