Own production support: triage outages, broken automation, and access issues
Keep LeanData routing graphs accurate as the business changes
Run the enrichment stack day to day, including CRM hygiene
Administer HubSpot campaign architecture and lead routing configuration
Partner on CPQ configuration alongside Deal Desk

🎯 Requirements

5-7 years in Salesforce administration, RevOps, or GTM systems
Experience building inside existing architecture
Strong admin fundamentals and change management
Ability to catch issues in sandbox before production
AI-native tools like Claude or Cursor as daily tools
Path toward architecture ownership over time
