📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and omni
• Engage with customers to promote and sell products.
• Share fashion knowledge and trends to help customers make informed choices.
• Promote loyalty app Hello Member and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, tidy sales floor and back of house; support garment care.
• Support opening/closing and stock replenishment and follow safety guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for fashion and prior customer service in retail or similar.
• Excellent communication, creativity, curiosity, flexibility, and decisiveness.
• Enjoy collaboration in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in sales within a fast-paced retail setting.
• Experience in fashion, retail or service industries.
