📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and omni experience where
• Engage with customers about fashion trends, products and store stories
• Promote and sell products to achieve sales targets with store management
• Encourage use of the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Maintain a clean, tidy sales floor and back of house; assist with garment presentation
• Support opening and closing procedures and follow H&S guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• You’re passionate about fashion and customer service
• Strong communicative, creative and collaborative skills
• Experience in sales or customer service in retail preferred
• Willingness to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment
• Motivated, flexible, decisive and action-oriented
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
