📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and omni experience
• Promote and sell products; engage customers about fashion trends and stories
• Support garment refill, care, presentation, and keep the store tidy
• Promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Contribute to achieving sales targets with store management
• Represent the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions

• Passion for fashion and customer service experience in retail
• Strong communication, creativity, curiosity, flexibility, and collaborative spirit
• Experience in dynamic, team-based sales environments
• Willingness to learn, develop, and engage with onboarding/training
