📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store.
• Sell products, support omni experience where available, and engage customers on fashion trends.
• Maintain garment care, presentation, and a clean sales floor and back of house.
• Assist with stock, fitting room, and checkout per store processes.
• Support opening/closing of the store and in-store omni services/tools as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for fashion with strong customer service experience in retail or service roles.
• Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and team-oriented.
• Experience working in dynamic, collaborative environments and driving sales.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and product information to inform customers.
• Willingness to build relationships and promote brand initiatives (Hello Member, sustainability).
